Columbus, Ohio (PRWEB) April 28, 2015
Its enough to make your hair sigh with pleasure. Columbus wildly popular Synergi Salon, helmed by noted natural hair stylist Karen Gary, is expanding its services to Gahanna, Ohio as a part of a new licensing agreement between Gary and the Gahanna branchs owner, Kimberly Black. This opening marks the first licensing agreement for the Synergi brand and has the potential to provide 15 or more jobs to the Gahanna area. Located at 373 Stoneridge Lane in the Stoneridge Plaza near Home Goods & El Vaquero, the salon will host its ribbon cutting ceremony for the entire Gahanna community on Tuesday, May 19, 2015 from 5:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
This new location is representative of the natural progression and growth of the Synergi brand and Karens vision. Kimberly Black, Synergi Salon Gahanna owner said. I fell in love with the Synergi method and philosophy of caring for natural hair. I then came on board as an HR and operations consultant for the salon. Four years after joining the team, I realized that I wanted to expand the brand and open a Synergi location in Gahanna.
The Synergi brand is experiencing tremendous success due to the brands east Columbus salon, natural hair product lines and significant grassroots marketing and outreach to the natural hair community throughout the U.S. The Black Hair Care industry is experiencing exceptional growth, with conservative numbers projecting the industrys value at $ 761 million by 2017. With a 21 percent decline in relaxer sales, the natural hair care movement is driving the industry’s growth.
Our method cares for the health of the whole customer, our product lines are exceptional and our commitment to the community is unparalleled, Black said. Those who know Synergi can expect the same outstanding care and quality they have become accustomed to – and those new to the Synergi brand should get ready to be well cared for both in the salon and in the community. We look forward to being a part of a thriving business community in Gahanna. Everyone is invited to the ribbon cutting ceremony on Tuesday, May 19, 2015 from 5:00 – 6:30 p.m. We cant wait to see you there!
